SBY ( 6th President ) Receive Mugunghuwa Award from South Korea

iindonesian.blogspot.com - ( Jakarta ) 6th President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) was awarded the Grand Order of Mugunghwa from South Korea. The award is given by the South Korean President Park Geun Hye on the sidelines of a visit to the country SBY ginseng.

Procession of the award made on Wednesday (19/11) ago. SBY it was in South Korea in order to trial the Global Green Growth Institute conference in which he served as President GGGI the period 2014 -2016.

The Grand Order of Mugunghwa is the highest award given by the South Korean government to individuals who have made significant contributions to the South Korean government, including the improvement of bilateral relations with friendly countries.

"Former President assessed has much to contribute to the improvement of bilateral relations between Indonesia and South Korea," said Head of the Department of Information, Social and Cultural Embassy in Seoul, Andriansyah in a written statement received by AFP on Friday (11/21/2014).

Andriansyah said, now the relations between Indonesia and South Korea tightened. It is characterized by increased trade and investment in both countries.

"Relations between the two nations have also increased with the increasing number of traffic between Indonesia and South Korea both for business, study or tourism," he concluded.(detik.com)
